This Fees and Charges Policy governs all financial obligations associated with the use of Vestra's real estate investment platform. Vestra is a modern, technology-driven investment platform designed to make property ownership accessible, secure, and effortless for individuals and institutions alike. Through Vestra, users may invest in full or fractional shares of verified properties, trade flexibly through a transparent peer-to-peer marketplace, and manage deposits, withdrawals, and investment returns within a fully regulated and compliant fintech ecosystem.
This Policy is intended to provide clear, complete, and unambiguous disclosure of all fees, charges, and associated costs that may apply to your account and transactions. Users are strongly encouraged to read this document carefully before initiating any transactions or account activities. By continuing to use the Vestra platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set out in this Policy.
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.
Account Value. The total monetary value associated with a user's Vestra account at any given point in time. This includes all funds held in the main wallet balance, any accrued interest balance, and all investment profits from active or running investments — including profits accruing on a daily basis from investments that have not yet reached maturity or been formally disbursed.
Deposit. Any inward transfer of funds made by a user into their Vestra wallet from an external payment source, including but not limited to bank transfers, card payments, or cryptocurrency transactions.
Withdrawal. Any outward transfer of funds initiated by a user from their Vestra wallet to an external destination, including bank accounts, payment wallets, or cryptocurrency addresses.
Gateway Activation Fee. A fixed external charge required to activate a specific withdrawal payment channel. This fee is paid directly outside the Vestra platform and is not deducted from the user's wallet balance. It functions as a verification and security mechanism.
Processing Fee. A variable percentage-based charge applied to withdrawals to cover the administrative, operational, and provider costs associated with processing the outbound transaction.
KYC Verification. The Know Your Customer identity verification process required by Vestra in compliance with applicable financial regulations and anti-money laundering obligations. It unlocks platform features and transaction limits corresponding to each tier level.
Reinstatement Fee. A charge applicable when a user requests the restoration of a restricted or suspended account, also referred to as an Unban Fee. The applicable fee is determined by the severity tier assigned to the restriction.
Fund Transfer. The internal movement of funds between Vestra user accounts within the platform.
Marketplace Transaction. Any buy or sell activity conducted by a user on Vestra's peer-to-peer property trading marketplace.
Fresh Verification. A KYC application submitted for the first time at a given tier level by a user who has not previously been verified at that tier.
Repeated Verification. A KYC reapplication or renewal submitted by a user who has previously held verification at the same or higher tier, or who is reapplying following a lapse, failed attempt, or account event requiring re-verification.
Fiat Currency. Government-issued legal tender such as the United States Dollar, Euro, British Pound, or similar national currencies.
Cryptocurrency. Digital or virtual currencies secured by cryptographic technology, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT.
Vestra is committed to operating with full transparency in respect of all fees, charges, and costs applicable to users of the platform. The following general principles govern how fees are structured, communicated, and applied.
All fees described in this Policy are determined based on the nature of the transaction, the user's verified KYC tier, the applicable payment provider, and the user's region of operation where relevant. Vestra reserves the right to apply different fee structures where specific transaction conditions warrant such differentiation, provided that all applicable fees are disclosed to the user prior to confirmation of any transaction.
Unless expressly stated to the contrary in this Policy, all fees payable in connection with transactions on the Vestra platform are collected externally at the point of transaction. This means fees are not silently deducted from your wallet balance — you will be informed of the applicable fee before or at the moment it becomes due.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they understand the full cost of any transaction before proceeding. Vestra will endeavor to present fee information clearly within the platform interface; however, this Policy constitutes the authoritative and binding record of all applicable charges.
Vestra is subject to regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions. Certain fees, particularly those related to KYC verification and withdrawal processing, exist in part to satisfy compliance requirements and to protect the integrity of the platform for all users.
Vestra applies a standard deposit fee to all inward fund transfers made into a user's wallet, regardless of the payment method or currency used.
Standard Deposit Fee: 2.10% of the total deposited amount.
This fee is calculated at the time the deposit is initiated and applies consistently across all deposit types and user tiers, including both fiat currency and cryptocurrency deposits. It covers payment processing, transaction verification, anti-fraud screening, and the secure onboarding of funds into the Vestra ecosystem.
Note: A deposit of $1,000 would incur a deposit fee of $21.00. Users should factor this into their investment planning when determining the amount they wish to deposit.
Withdrawing funds from the Vestra platform involves two separate and distinct cost components. Both are mandatory and apply independently of one another. Users must account for both when planning a withdrawal.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the user is required to activate the payment gateway through which the withdrawal will be routed. The Gateway Activation Fee varies based on the duration of activation selected.
Daily Activation: $20.00
Weekly Activation: $80.00
Monthly Activation: $200.00
Biannual Activation: $700.00
Annual Activation: $1,000.00
Important: The Gateway Activation Fee is paid externally and is not deducted from your Vestra wallet balance. It is processed entirely outside the platform.
The primary purpose of this fee is security and identity verification. When a withdrawal is initiated, Vestra must confirm that the destination account or wallet matches the verified identity and payment details on record for that account. Gateway activation is the mechanism through which this confirmation is established, ensuring that funds are only released to the rightful and verified account holder.
Each gateway activation enables access to two standard withdrawal gateways, plus one additional gateway in a different channel. For example, if the two primary gateways are fiat-based, the additional gateway will be a cryptocurrency channel — and vice versa. This structure provides flexibility while maintaining the security of each withdrawal route.
In addition to the Gateway Activation Fee, a processing fee is applied to the withdrawal amount itself. This fee is percentage-based and varies depending on three factors: the user's geographic region and applicable regulatory environment, the specific payment provider through which the withdrawal is routed, and the structural complexity of the transaction.
Minimum Processing Fee: 2.10% of the withdrawal amount
Maximum Processing Fee: 8.42% of the withdrawal amount
Users will be informed of the applicable processing fee rate prior to confirming a withdrawal. Where multiple withdrawal options are available, the fee for each will be displayed to enable an informed decision.
Where a user's account has been restricted or suspended due to a policy violation, security concern, compliance issue, or similar matter, the user may request reinstatement. The applicable fee depends on the severity tier assigned to the restriction.
Tier 1 — Minor: $10.00. Applies to low-severity infractions such as isolated procedural or technical violations.
Tier 2 — Moderate: $25.00. Applies to repeated minor violations or a single moderate breach of platform rules.
Tier 3 — Significant: $50.00. Applies to serious security concerns, unauthorized activity patterns, or significant non-compliance.
Tier 4 — Major: $100.00. Applies to fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or other high-impact breaches. Reinstatement at this tier is not automatic and is subject to formal review and approval by the Vestra compliance team.
Tier 5 — Permanent Restriction: No reinstatement is available. This classification is reserved for the most serious violations and is applied at the sole discretion of Vestra's compliance and risk management functions.
Reinstatement fees are payable at the time of the application and are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the review process.
Vestra operates a tiered Know Your Customer (KYC) verification framework that determines the transaction limits, features, and service levels available to each user.
Note on Account Value: Account Value is the sum total of all funds in your main wallet balance, your accrued interest balance, and all investment profits from active investments — including profits accruing daily on investments that have not yet reached maturity or been formally disbursed.
Upgrading your KYC tier unlocks greater transaction capacity, more advanced platform features, and elevated service standards. Each tier carries a verification fee that differs between a fresh application and a repeated verification.

Users who participate in Vestra's peer-to-peer property trading marketplace may be subject to transaction fees associated with buying or selling property shares. Marketplace fees are disclosed at the time of each trade and reflect the transaction size, property type, and prevailing marketplace conditions. All charges are presented for review prior to confirmation of any trade.
Where a transaction involves the conversion of funds from one currency to another — whether between fiat currencies or between fiat and cryptocurrency — an additional currency conversion charge may apply. This charge reflects the cost of executing the conversion and any applicable spread at the time of the transaction. The applicable rate and associated charge will be disclosed at the point of conversion initiation.
Vestra reserves the right to introduce additional fees or charges for new features, services, or account activities as the platform evolves. Any such charges will be communicated to users in advance and incorporated into an updated version of this Policy.
All fees and charges described within this Policy are collected externally at the point of transaction, unless this Policy explicitly states otherwise. Fees are not automatically deducted from your Vestra wallet balance without your prior knowledge or consent.
Users will be informed of any applicable fee at or before the time it becomes payable. Where a fee is required before a transaction can proceed, the platform will present the relevant charge and require the user to satisfy the payment through the designated external channel before the transaction is authorized and processed.
This methodology is designed to ensure complete transparency and to prevent any unexpected deductions from user funds held within the platform. Where a charge is explicitly described in this Policy as being deducted directly from the wallet balance, that exception will be clearly identified in the relevant section.
Users are responsible for having sufficient external funds available to meet any applicable fees at the time of a transaction. Failure to pay a required fee may result in the transaction being declined or delayed until the obligation has been fulfilled.
Vestra Holdings and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and authorized agents shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from a user's failure to read, understand, or comply with the terms of this Fees and Charges Policy.
Vestra makes no representation that the fees and charges set out in this Policy will remain unchanged indefinitely. Users acknowledge that fees are subject to periodic review and amendment in accordance with the provisions of Section 10 of this Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vestra's liability in connection with any fee-related dispute shall be limited to the value of the specific fee amount in question. Vestra shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from any transaction or fee-related matter.
Vestra is not responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs arising from the actions or systems of third-party payment providers, financial institutions, or cryptocurrency networks that form part of the transaction infrastructure used on the platform.
Vestra Holdings reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Fees and Charges Policy at any time. Such amendments may be made in response to changes in regulatory requirements, market conditions, operational costs, platform developments, or other relevant factors.
Users will be notified of material changes to this Policy through official communication channels, which may include in-platform notifications, registered email communications, or updates published on the Vestra website. It is the responsibility of each user to review updated versions of this Policy upon notification.
Continued use of the Vestra platform following the publication of any amendments shall be deemed to constitute the user's acceptance of the revised terms. If a user does not agree with any amendment, they should discontinue use of the platform and contact the Vestra support team to discuss their options.
The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated each time a new version of the Policy is published.
